1. What We Collect

When you use Swepod, we collect the following information:

  • Account information — your email address and name when you sign in with Google.
  • Podcast data — the title, audio file, and duration of podcasts you generate.
  • Usage data — how many minutes of audio you've generated in your current billing period.
  • Billing information — your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment processing.

2. Content You Provide

When you create a podcast, you may provide text, PDFs, URLs, or custom scripts. This content is sent to our AI providers for processing and is not permanently stored by Swepod after your podcast is generated. Only the resulting audio file and its metadata (title, duration) are saved to your account.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage (hosted in AWS EU-West-2).
  • Google Gemini AI — generates podcast scripts from your content.
  • Fish Audio — converts scripts into audio using AI voices.
  • Stripe — handles subscription payments and billing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.

Your content is sent to Google and Fish Audio for processing. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.

4. Cookies

We use cookies solely for authentication and session management through Supabase. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.

5. Data Storage

Your account data and podcast metadata are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase (AWS EU-West-2, Europe). Generated audio files are stored in Supabase Storage. Billing data is managed by Stripe.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete individual podcasts from your dashboard at any time. This removes both the audio file and its database record. To request full account deletion, contact us at swepod2026@outlook.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also request a copy of your data or ask us to stop processing it. Contact us at swepod2026@outlook.com for any data-related requests.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the app.
